General Rental Agreement
1.Payment is due at time of service and cancellation policy min 3 hour advance from pickup date and time only for sedan otherwise full fare will be charged
2.fare as per website plus standard gratuity plus 4% admin fee. Cash gratuity paid to driver are appreciated and considered extra.Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. .Beyond certain level Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law and company or diriver do not to providenor assist in buying or serving alcohal or . Any fines will be paid for by the customer.All illegal activity like exchanging drug, consuming alcohal beyond certain level ,providing alcohal to minor is reposibility of credit card holder or person making transportation arrangement. Atlas limousine nor affiliate or driverdo not assist or provide any alcohalic beverage to adult or minor. Credit card holder accept full responsibility of any illlegal activity and make company harmless from losses The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof or stand in any vehicle when it motion. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver.
4. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
5. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
6. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
7. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. 8. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.Cancellation policy .No fee fee will be charged for online reservation for sedan. $ 10 admin fee will be charged if reservation made over the phone and cancelled min 3 hour advance from pickup date and time. reservation cancelled less than 3 hour .full fare wuill be charged for sedan only.Fuel surcharge will be applied to all trip depend upon travel time . min $1 and max 12 to 18 % of the fare

***Prom packages and other Hourly Services=>•50% of the total outstanding amount is due as non refundable fee at the time of reservation.
•Copy of the trip sheet should have billing person’s signature on it with the copy of the credit card which is given for the reservation/s.
•Billing person will be liable in case of any extra time or damage done to the vehicle while utilizing the services.
•Cancellation should be done 15days prior top the services allowing us to charge the 50% of the total agreed amount, if the reservation is made on a short notice i.e. falling in 15day to the pick-up full outstanding amount will be charged giving no room for cancellation.
•Pick-up time within the same date can be changed with an extra charge of $100 to $500 depending upon the variance from the pick up time. (Applicable only 15day prior to the Pick-up).

$ 300.00 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery
$ 200.00 minimum for each act of vandalism
$ 2000.00 opening a Car Door into another Vehicle or Stationary Object
Triple charge of above listed amounts for all removed / stolen items from vehicle
Airport Transfers/Sedan Min 3 hour in advance from pickup time with $10 fee per trip if reservation made over the phone .For online no fee will be charged
Stretch limousine Min 72 hour in advance from pickup time with $150 fee
Van Min 3 hour in advance from pickup time with $10 fee
All Occasions and Events Schedule one month in advance can be cancelled 72 hour in advance with $200 fee
Bus cancellation policy 72 hour in advance from pickup time with a fee $150 fee
Corporate Accounts cancellation is difeerent as per contract.

If any of our above guarantees or contracted terms cannot be met due to conditions outside of our control, including weather, accidents and any other acts of god, including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, road closures etc., we will use our best efforts to notify the customer of these conditions and resulting delays or changes. It is our call to cancel or change a trip if the cars can not move around in eq. snow. If the cars can move around the hazard, contract is still valid and customer is obligated to his part of the bargain. Atlas Limousine reserves the right to change the prices without any prior notice.
Any injuries caused by individual irresposible behaviour like drinking alcohal , drugs or any sex activity is invidual act and company is not responsible for that. Credit card holder or person making transportation arrangement is agreed to these terms and condition and waive his right to file complaints which cause trouble by individual act.In case you do not accept terms and condition. please feel free to call and cancell reservation and make alternate arrangement.
I agree and Iam m providing a legal signature(s) electronically and authorize Atlas Limousie Service. to honor Electronic Signature(s). As such, I assume full responsibility for any and all payments, services etc., made by Atlas Limousine Service in reliance upon the Electronic Signature(s).
Stretch/Bus Contract Terms and condition
$150 Non refundable will be charged at time of reservation and rest will be due 72 hours in advance from pick up date and time. NO cancellation or changes can be made less than 72 hour from pick date and time. Company only provide soft drink and ice onlyl Client agrees to no underage intake of Alcohol, drugs, smoking, sexual or leud activities performed in our vehicle, if so driver has the right to terminate this agreement without refund. Client is responsible for all damage resulting from decoration or negligence to vehicle, not limited to interior or exterior either intentionally or unintentionally by his/her part will be billed automatically to credit card. Client is responsible for cleaning/repair charges to vehicle in case vehicle requires extensive cleaning or maintenance caused by his/her party during trip. Such as but not limited to spillage to carpet and/or interior theft and mechanical damages. In case some one is sick in side small or large $250 will be charged for cleaning and shampoo.
